How would you rate Roselinlin?
I don't see any return information provided for my order, and there is also no business address available. What is the process for returning items that are not the size they were advertised to be?
“This website is a scam. They deliberately create obstacles to prevent customers from returning items or receiving a refund.”
“This is an absolute scam and a complete fraud! They are coercing you into returning items from Ontario, Canada to China. Why? Because they are aware that you won't bother sending their worthless junk back to China. I would be required to pay $88 to send back these low-value items, which are not even worth a tenth of the price I paid, and were originally sent from an office in Ontario, Canada.”
“This company is an absolute scam! The products I purchased turned out to be made of low-quality materials and had sloppy stitching. They were nothing like what was shown on their website. I attempted to return everything, but they completely ignored my emails requesting a return slip. The only time they responded was when I finally mentioned accepting a 15% refund. In the end, I ended up donating all of the items. I will never make the mistake of buying from them again. Additionally, it's important to note that they advertise under multiple different company names, so be cautious.”

Does anyone have the phone number for Roselinlin customer service? My mother paid for express shipping within a 5-10 day timeframe.
“I strongly advise against placing an order with this company. It is a fraudulent operation, and I unfortunately learned this through personal experience. Please refrain from sending any money or making any purchases with them, as they are an unreliable and dishonest company.”

Has my mother been scammed if she paid for express shipping a few weeks ago and still hasn't received the items? I need to report this immediately.
“Yes, this company is absolutely awful and lacks any genuine customer care. Although there is a possibility that your clothing might eventually arrive, in my case, it took a whopping 2 months for delivery. However, the quality of all the items was extremely poor, rendering them unwearable. Despite referring to their size charts, everything turned out to be either too large or simply unusable due to unattractive and stiff material.”
“Yes, it is definitely a scam. I placed an order for three items back in May, and it's now the end of July, but I haven't received them yet. I would suggest contacting your bank and initiating a fraud claim, or alternatively, going through PayPal. The bank option tends to be quicker in resolving such issues.”

Do these clothes ship from China?
“Yes, I was unaware of this until I attempted to return the item and was informed that I would be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to China. Unfortunately, this option would not be financially viable for me. It's quite disappointing.”

Is this company Chinese? I find it suspicious when companies do not provide an "About Us" section. This company appears to be somewhat fraudulent to me.
“Yes, they are an absolutely terrible company and a huge scam. They seem to engage in false advertising of clothing and then send low-quality, easily damaged imitations. Their return policy is a complete joke! Their practices are highly untrustworthy. I can't comprehend how they are allowed to keep operating.”

To my dismay, I haven't received anything at all. Subsequently, I visited this review site and discovered that it is an untrustworthy website. I decided to email them and inquire whether I should cancel the transaction through my credit card company. Their response assured me that I would receive the items by the end of today. However, upon using the tracking numbers provided in their email (one for shipping from China and the other for FedEx), both numbers turned out to be "invalid." I will give them until the end of today, but if the package hasn't arrived by then, I will contact my credit card company.”
