I was mainly paying attention to how easy the return would be, and on that part it was fine. The steps were straightforward and support did get back to me. The only thing I really noticed was the wait — it took longer than I expected, so I was kind of just checking for updates until it finally went through.

This looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. The fit was off, the fabric felt cheap, and the whole outfit just didn’t have the same shape or style. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t even clear who was actually responsible for the product or who to contact about it. I was really disappointed and definitely wouldn’t order again

"Sizing is kind of inconsistent"
I ordered a few tops from roselinlin.com, the sizing felt a little all over the place. One of the shirts fit really well, so it’s not like everything was bad, but another one in the exact same size was tighter around my arms. The fabric was fine, and the styles did look like the photos, so I don’t think it was a total miss or anything. I just wish the sizing was more dependable because now I’m not really sure what size I’d order next time.

"Packaging disappointing was"
My order got here on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging was not great. The bag was really thin and on one side kind of ripped, so inside the clothes were all scrunched up looking. Nothing was completely damaged, thankfully, but protected it did not feel at all. For the price, better packing I was expecting. Hope they improve this...

I grabbed a couple of tops from roselinlin.com the fabric was better than I expected. It’s soft and not super thin, which was my main concern when ordering online. One of the shirts didn’t look exactly like the photos in terms of feel/style, but it’s still cute enough to wear. I’d say just check the pictures and sizing carefully before ordering, especially if you’re picky about details. I’m taking off one star because the stitching could’ve been a little cleaner, but overall I’m happy with what I got.

I ordered from roselinlin.com the delivery was smoother than I expected. The tracking updated after about a day, and the package showed up within the timeframe they gave me.
It wasn’t the fastest shipping ever, but everything arrived safely and nothing was damaged or missing. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the tracking updates were a little more consistent, but overall it was a smooth experience...

"Color matched the photos"
I was a little nervous the color would show up different than the pictures, because that’s happened to me before. I can’t even remember if I ordered it earlier in the week or the week before, my days are all mixed up, but when it got here I was really happy to see the shade looked pretty much just like the photos. No weird undertone or random color difference. Definitely relieved about that

Because they are aware that you won't bother sending their worthless junk back to China. “This company is an absolute scam! The products I purchased turned out to be made of low-quality materials and had sloppy stitching. They were nothing like what was shown on their website. I attempted to return everything, but they completely ignored my emails requesting a return slip. The only time they responded was when I finally mentioned accepting a 15% refund. In the end, I ended up donating all of the items. I will never make the mistake of buying from them again. Additionally, it's important to note that they advertise under multiple different company names, so be cautious.”

“If you attempt to send it back to China, they will require you to cover the "Port Fees" (the amount of which remains uncertain) as well as other expenses for restocking. It would be better to donate your purchases to a Thrift store, where you can at least receive a tax deduction.”

“Yes, this company is absolutely awful and lacks any genuine customer care. Although there is a possibility that your clothing might eventually arrive, in my case, it took a whopping 2 months for delivery. However, the quality of all the items was extremely poor, rendering them unwearable. Despite referring to their size charts, everything turned out to be either too large or simply unusable due to unattractive and stiff material.”

I would suggest contacting your bank and initiating a fraud claim, or alternatively, going through PayPal. The bank option tends to be quicker in resolving such issues.”

Is this company Chinese? I find it suspicious when companies do not provide an "About Us" section. This company appears to be somewhat fraudulent to me.

“Yes, it is indeed regrettable that I wasn't as skeptical as you. I placed my order three weeks ago and became concerned when I didn't receive a receipt. To my dismay, I haven't received anything at all. Subsequently, I visited this review site and discovered that it is an untrustworthy website. I decided to email them and inquire whether I should cancel the transaction through my credit card company. Their response assured me that I would receive the items by the end of today. However, upon using the tracking numbers provided in their email (one for shipping from China and the other for FedEx), both numbers turned out to be "invalid." I will give them until the end of today, but if the package hasn't arrived by then, I will contact my credit card company.”
